Spray Foam

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) reports that 40 percent of the energy cost of heating and cooling a building is wasted by uncontrolled air leakage, condensation, ice damming, poor indoor air quality (IAQ) and mold growth. An effective air barrier system substantially reduces air leakage and the passage of moisture through the building envelope.

Heatlok™ Soy is a spray foam insulation that gives, in a single application, an engineered building envelope with a long-term thermal resistance, an excellent air barrier, and a recognized vapor retarder. This high performance closed cell rigid polyurethane foam is used for commercial and residential perimeter wall insulation and is spray-applied by Builders Installed Products Certified Applicators.

  • Soy Based
  • Recycled Plastics
  • Zero Ozone Depletion Blowing Agents
  • Exceptional Air Sealing

Sealection Agribalance™ Spray Foam Insulation sets new standards of quality, energy-efficiency and performance for builders, architects, contractors and homeowners. The semi-rigid, open-cell, polyurethane insulation’s high R-value and ease of application have taken insulation performance to a whole new level. The open-cell foam accomplishes three goals: sealing out dust and pollen; reducing extraneous noise; and generating energy efficiency that noticeably lowers every month’s utility bill.

GOOD FOR THE EARTH. GREAT FOR YOUR BUDGET AND COMFORT. A residential study by ADVANCED CERTIFIED THERMAGRAPHY shows that COMFORT FOAM installations can help reduce energy costs by as much as 60 percent each year compared with traditional insulation systems. Over 20 years, this can mean as much as $15,000 in savings at today’s energy costs. With escalating energy costs, realized savings may be even greater.

  • Seamless site applied spray foam that will adhere to most all surfaces creating superior energy efficiency and sound control in a variety of applications
  • Can be applied anywhere from foundations to roof lines. You will have more comfort, quiet and control.
  • Can be installed both as an all spray foam application or in combination with more traditional insulation materials for the best of both worlds.
